This aluminum servo case core fixes the Savox 1250/1257 output shaft offset so that you can use them on chassis's or helicopters that were drilled for the usual 9650/BLS651/9602/965D hole standard (1.697"). The side mounting ears adds the ability to mount the servo flat and the holes are tapped so you don't even need a locknut. The case core is also reversible so you can run the servo in the traditional location or reversed in the front location on McPappy cars.

The exciting thing about the Savox servos are they have a perfectly tight gear mesh which reduces front end slop. Reduction of slop makes the car much easier to drive because it's more predictable coming out of the corner.  The Savox servos also have metal gears, so you can run them without a servo saver. This allows you to get a greater angle on the turnbuckles. The end result is, you'll have a relatively inexpensive servo that you can run flat which provides perfect bumpsteer and ackerman. This setup is also lighter since you don't have all of the extra angled mounts and hardware and of course it lowers the CG considerably.
