This is the IRS T-Plate Socket Kit.   It works on a traditional T-plate cars like the McDominators (not the Darts).  The pivot balls are teflon coated.

Kit includes:
2 upper sockets
2 lower sockets
2 teflon coated pivot balls
8 2-56 x 1/4" buttonhead screws
